Who we are

What we collect and why

Name, mobile, email, postcode, licence type, council, townTo register your interest, group demand by area, invite you to a clinic and manage your booking. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.
Health conditions you tickOnly to tell you what paperwork to bring. Lawful basis: your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Booking and payment detailsTo take payment and confirm your appointment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
How you heard about us, and advert tags in the link you clickedTo understand which adverts work. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Marketing preferenceOnly if you tick the box: texts or emails about future clinics and renewals. Lawful basis: consent. Reply STOP or contact us to opt out.

Your examination record is a clinical record, kept separately from our booking system under medical record-keeping rules.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us under contract: Google (booking records), Cal.com (appointments), Stripe (payments), Brevo (emails and texts), Cloudflare (website hosting). Postcodes are checked with postcodes.io, a free public postcode service; no other details are sent. We do not sell your data. We do not share your health information with your council or the DVLA; you hand them your completed form.

How long we keep it

Health ticks: deleted 30 days after your clinic. Interest registrations with no booking: deleted after 12 months. Message logs: 12 months. Booking and payment records: 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone on 07534 003898. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
